You have exactly one hour to complete the game from start to finish. There will be a 15-20-minute briefing period beforehand to explain the concept of the game, inform you of any safety rules and give you time to utilise WC facilities.
For security reasons, all Courtyard Escape game rooms have cameras that will be operational throughout the game. The footage is property of Courtyard Escapes and cannot be disclosed.
An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time.
If you have a standard wheelchair, then we do have doorways big enough for you to get through. If your wheelchair is bigger than a standard wheelchair, please give us a call and we are happy to measure the doorways for you.
Our lobby/check-in area, toilet and 2 of our games are located upstairs. However, 2 of our escape rooms are located on our ground floor. We only require one player to check in your team upstairs if playing downstairs games.
Please navigate to the booking area of the website and make your registration by choosing an available date and time. You’ll then be directed to payment. We only take reservations online through the booking and payment system (payment cannot be made at the venue on the day).
If you walk down Stourbridge High Street, Courtyard Escapes is located behind Rio’s Peri Peri restaurant. You have to walk down the Courtyard as guided by the company signage.
