🔐 A Quick Game Reminder 🔐
We aim to keep our rules as relaxed and flexible as possible so everyone can fully enjoy the escape room experience — but here are a few important do’s and don’ts to help keep the games running smoothly for everyone.
📱 Mobile Phones
Life is busy and 60 minutes can be a long time, so we understand that sometimes an important call may come through. For this reason, we do allow phones in the rooms, as long as they aren’t used continuously during the game.
Please note that taking photos, videos, or live streaming on social media is strictly prohibited, as this could spoil the experience for future players ⛔️
🧩 Props & Room Use
Our rooms are carefully designed to create the setting for each game. Some structures are not suitable for climbing, standing, or sitting on unless your Games Master specifically tells you otherwise.
Anything that is secured, fixed, or labelled with a “Do Not Touch” sticker must not be moved, dismantled, or tampered with 🚫
👥 Respect for Staff
We operate a zero tolerance policy for abuse or disrespect towards our staff members.
Your Games Masters know the rooms inside out and are there to provide the best briefing, guidance, and clues to help your team have the best possible experience. Listening to them and following their instructions is key to a smooth and enjoyable escape!
