📢 Customer Announcement 📆

Due to our new company policies and procedures, all players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult for the full duration of their visit and game experience.

Any games already booked will be honoured at the rate paid for the number of players originally confirmed, but we do require an adult to remain present.

The supervising adult must be the lead participant for creating bookings and responsibile for signing the waiver on behalf of any players under 16.

Any teams under 16 arriving unaccompanied from today onwards may be refused entry and their game rearranged for when an adult can attend.

We’re excited to let you know that we now have a brand-new booking system in place, along with a few updated procedures to help your experience run as smoothly as possible!

⏰ Arrival Time
We kindly ask that all teams arrive 10–15 minutes before their booking time so games can begin promptly at your chosen slot.

📝 New Check-In Procedure
Each individual player is now required to check themselves in.
• Players under 16 must be checked in by their accompanying adult.

📧 Save Time Before You Arrive
To make things even easier, we strongly recommend completing the check-in in advance using the email sent to the lead team member that created the booking. This can be shared with all members of your team and helps avoid delays on the day.

Our weekends are especially busy, and we love welcoming both new and returning players. Your cooperation helps us ensure everyone enjoys a smooth and timely experience 😊
