How long does the game take?

You have exactly one hour to complete the game from start to finish. There will be a 15-20-minute briefing period beforehand to explain the concept of the game, inform you of any safety rules and give you time to utilise WC facilities.
You need to arrive just before your booked timeslot. Bookings will not be held in the event of participant delays and no reimbursement will be issued.
For security reasons, all Courtyard Escape game rooms have cameras that will be operational throughout the game. The footage is property of Courtyard Escapes and cannot be disclosed.
There’s no prerequisite to play our game. The games have been created so that everyone can play using general problem solving and teamwork skills.
No, everything you need is already in the room.
There are fire escape routes in all areas of the game so participants can evacuate the game in the case of an emergency at any given time.
An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time.
Each room has a different capacity according to its description.
If you have a standard wheelchair, then we do have doorways big enough for you to get through. If your wheelchair is bigger than a standard wheelchair, please give us a call and we are happy to measure the doorways for you.
Our lobby/check-in area is located upstairs. However, our escape rooms are located on our ground floor. We only require one player to check in your team upstairs.
No, but we do ask that participants under the age of 12 years old are accompanied by an adult.
Please navigate to the booking area of the website and make your registration by choosing an available date and time. You’ll then be directed to payment. We only take reservations online through the booking and payment system (payment cannot be made at the venue on the day).
Please contact us via email if you need to amend your booking quoting your confirmation number.
No. There is free parking available on the High Street or various Pay & Display car parks within walking distance of the venue that guests can use.
If you walk down Stourbridge High Street, Courtyard Escapes is located behind Rio’s Peri Peri restaurant. You have to walk down the Courtyard as guided by the company signage.
In short, yes we do. However, we do require you to call up to book if you need to book on the day.
